Samuel had a big week this week! He finally got his hair cut and he was able to pick out a look he wanted from her phone gallery. He is happy with the change but said he’ll probably let it grow long again. He also completed Level 6 Barton! His prize was a new PC game.
Nathan had some challenging math homework this week so Lily sat with it and eventually figured it all out. Nathan quickly lost interest. Haha! The boys were pretending to be different fish, with different mouths (tweezers, pliers, clothespin), in a coral reef to see what foods they could eat the easiest (barley, nuts or sugar).
I was able to snap a pic of Samuel working on math on our old couch, which is on the porch right now. I also got Lily working in her room. She usually just spreads all of her stuff on the floor and works there. Her desk is for her plants and her cat.
The last set of pics are from outside of school. The twins and I visited the walking trail but it’s still pretty damaged from derecho. We had a fun family night with food to go and a family movie. Brian and the cat got a good cuddle in afterwards. 🙂
Next week is a short week for an abbreviated spring break!
